Turbulence Training is one of the newest, bestselling books on the market that teaches you how to gain muscle and blowtorch body fat. Mostly made for guys in mind, Turbulence Training was created by a strength and conditioning specialist named Crain Ballantyne. This program basically turns the fat that you have into pure muscle and he shows that anyone can do it. What is Turbulence Training all about?

Turbulence Training is great because it really puts some freshness into boring workouts that you would normally do. The exercises you do with this product are designed to boost metabolism, so that you are constantly burning fat. Increasing metabolism seems to be an increasing method of burning fat nowadays. With an increased metabolism you will be burning fat all the time, even while you sleep, eat, or work. Being able to burn fat even when you are doing nothing is great because hey, you aren’t doing anything and you are losing weight. Need I say anymore?

One of the best things I found in this product is that you can do this entire program in the comfort of your own home. You don’t need to waste money going to the gym; you can just get out of bed and get to the workout. Of course you will need a few things, but they cost basically nothing compared to a membership to the gym. You can work out at the gym if that is what your wish to do, but not everyone can. The program itself comes with a whopping 26 weeks of workouts, so you will never be bored doing the same thing over and over again. The levels of the workouts range from puny to buff, so there is something for everyone here. If you are a beginner you can just work your way up to the more advanced workouts.

I said before that it is designed for mostly guys in mind. This is semi-true, but females have been known to gain muscle and lose weight with this product, so in reality it can be used by all sexes. There is actually a special section just for the ladies to follow, which I thought was a nice thing to add to the product. You need to be willing to put in work to actually benefit from this product though. You can’t expect to buy it and start losing fat immediately.

How much does this program Turbulence Training cost?

Well, there are actually two different options here depending on how much you are willing to spend. There is the regular package, which costs $39.95. Pretty cheap I would say. I would recommend anyone on a budget to get the regular package because it will work perfectly for you. The other option is the deluxe version, which is $77, so it is a little bit more expensive than the basic package, but you get so much with the deluxe version. To pay for this you can set up a payment plan for two months by paying $38.50 a month. You get 11 eBooks on top of the regular Turbulence Training program. The value of all this is almost $200, so you are really saving a ton of money by going with the deluxe version.
